If the phrase "sleep on it" took a human form, there is a high chance it would be either of the two founders of Wide Angle. However, before you go all-guns-out on us, please take a look at what we created.

At Wide Angle, we believe that nobody should be packed up in a box with a bold, indelible label on it. Sure, it helps the world process emotions and pass judgements, but that label on you should never define you to yourself.

We do not bother with who were in the past, but we do care who you want to be today. So if this echoes with you even a little bit, you, my friend and reader, have come to the right place. You can choose whoever you want to be in this magazine: a scientist. a poet, a writer, an editor, a photographer, a painter, a songwriter, a storyteller, a comedian, ..... and the list goes on!

Have we convinced you yet? Nevertheless, as the creators of this magazine, we have tried to create an order of things. Since now you have all this space to be your out-of-the-box self, for the ease of your readers, we have put up some categories where we will showcase a version of you. Of course, you will choose your own category, and if you think we do not have a category for you--fret not-- we will make one for you!

We invite you to be a member of this fraternity, which is just that--a fraternity--with no definitions and restrictions. Fear does not exist if you do not sketch it in your heart, and creation is a shadow following you around. So be the fearless creator. We will welcome you with wide arms to WIDE ANGLE.
